The students will be able to choose from stools, cushions, carpets, and exercise balls. They can grab a clipboard and get to work or choose a table to work at. All these different options will help the students choose what helps them learn best. They can be comfortable while they learn. The students will be more engaged when they have a choice.
Flexible seating will also build a feeling of community as they take turns and share spaces. The different seating options create an environment that promotes partner and group work. This leads to discussions, problem-solving, and collaboration among the students.
