We need to practice the fundamentals of forceful blocking and tackling in football, however we do not want to repeatedly slam each other into the ground, with this mat we can practice full speed blocking and tackling with or without pads on and considerably lower our risk of injury while increasing our amount of repetitions in order to perfect the safest fundamentals possible.
We believe in teaching the safest and surest tackling and blocking methods available and always focus on the safety of our players first. This mat will only help to continue the building of these safety measures and improve fundamentals.
