Conley Elementary is doing great things. Even thought we are a Title 1 school, which means over 65% of our students are on Free and Reduced lunch, our school is striving for academic excellence. Our campus have a majority of African American and Hispanic students. We have a high-risk population, including behavioral and special education students as well. The entire staff is trying very hard to keep our students competitive in the 21st century. We strive to make sure that 100% of students are successful in their academic studies. All of our teachers are establishing classroom libraries to try to keep our students engaged in reading and increase comprehension.
