I would like to give my students the experience of exploring reading through technology. Many of my students are behind in reading because either they were not taught or they didn't have a teacher that cares about finding new ideas that would help them learn to read. Many children believe that technology is only for social media and games. I want to introduce them to more stories and learning to read better in a different way. Reading through these tablets will help students' reading skills grow significantly. Technology is advancing and I believe that my students and other students should advance with it! That is one of my goals as a 2nd-grade teacher.
