I am a first-year teacher at San Bernardino High School. I teacher ninth-grade honors English and twelfth-grade AP Lit. My students love to read, and I don't have a classroom library. I want to start creating a small class library of books that the students love.
My students love to sit in my class before and after school (I usually have around twelve). I would love to have books in there for them to enjoy while they wait for rides or for their sports practice to start.
I also have students who have lost of responsibilities and trama at home. Reading is a place where those students can escape. Please consider donating a book or two to my wonderful students!
