I am working on reducing my teacher space in order to give my students control of their learning. Students will be allowed to rotate where they want to sit or stand within the classroom during reading and math stations. By allowing the students to occupy the space they will be more committed to their own learning. Being comfortable will change the students' commitment to learning and their behavior! There will be enough options for everyone. Being comfortable will allow students to stay focused on the task, and create a positive classroom environment. Please help empower my students through flexible seating.
