The students in my classroom learn best by structure and routine throughout their day. These children are highly visual learners who struggle to access learning due to behavioral, social, and sensory needs.
These materials will help structure the physical classroom environment so that students better understand their own personal learning space. The classroom divider will help those students who need an area in the classroom where they can learn with less visual and sensory stimulation.
These project materials will be used for both whole group and small group learning opportunities and will benefit all students in the classroom. The classroom divider, sitting spots, and dry-erase circles allow for flexibility in where they are used within the classroom while still targeting the goal of providing physical/visual boundaries for students.
