I teach special education and many of my students have difficulty sitting still longer than 20-30 minutes at a time. In allowing the opportunity for flexible seating, my students are able to find a space within our room that is both comfortable and meets their individual needs to help make them successful. By having numerous forms of flexible seating, my students have options to work with. So far, I have two yoga mats and some pillows that students can sit on around the room. I’d like to provide my students with options.
Thank you for any contribution you make! Much love.
