These books are titles I know from years of experience students will pick up and enjoy - in our classroom. Characters on the books' covers and on their pages look like my students. The stories, real and imagined, speak to young teens' hearts and minds. Please help me put books in students' hands and imaginations! After 15 years as a school librarian, I'm returning to the classroom to teach 9th graders. My shelves are BARE! I have selected a cross-section of books to entice and delight a wide variety of interests and tastes. These books will be freely available to students every day!
