I would love to have a horseshoe table for our fourth graders to use for group work. Currently students are working either at a small three person table or on the floor during group activities. Many students do not enjoy working on the floor. If we had a horseshoe table students would have more space to work during their literature circles. This would also be a great area to have guided reading groups. Our daily intervention groups would also benefit from having this horseshoe table in our classroom.
By adding a horseshoe table students will now have more room to comfortably work in a group setting.
