My first grade students love technology! They think they're playing video games when using the Osmos and they love it. Meanwhile, they're actually learning and practicing skills. With the Osmos they can work on counting, addition, subtraction, counting money, word building, spelling, and reading. The best part is they are having so much fun while they're learning and working. Students will rotate through math and literacy centers in pairs. The Osmos will be their favorite! They also love their flexible seating! They get to make their own choices and move around the room, while learning and working. The yoga ball seat is a favorite, which is why I want them to have another.
