Giving my students storage will help reduce the anxiety of trying to gather the materials needed for other classes and figuring out a lock on a locker. My students currently keep all school supplies in their backpacks and not a locker. They get very frustrated with trying to remember their locker combination, how to unlock the lock, and make it to class with the correct items needed. The storage bins will allow them to keep their supplies in my room which they are in at least two times a day. They have easy access to get need items and not have to fumble with a lock on a locker.
