Many of my students show up on the first day of school without supplies. It is essential that they have something to write with and keep their dignity. It would be great to be able to provide a student in need with a pencil so that everyone can participate. Junior high is an age where students don't like to be embarrassed or have negative attention. Can 1 pencil make a difference? Yes! I want to do all I can to alleviate any hardship and help all students become successful. Since pencils are used all day long we really need a quality electrical pencil sharpener in our classroom.
