By funding this project you will be helping create a classroom library from the ground up, from much needed book cases To display the books, and storage bins that will be able to hold the different genres and level of the books. My students will be able to explore new books that are on their reading level, along with helping them become independent readers during our weekly D.E.A.R time. My students will have a variety of different book genres so they will be able to choose books that appeal to them. By allowing them be read independently, they will also be able to grow into stronger readers. All of the books that have been chosen with my students' interests in mind, so they are able to choose books that will help them to continue to enjoy their independent reading time. By funding this project you will be enriching my students experiences of printed words.
