Let's help our mathematicians have a welcoming environment that makes learning fun! One of my favorite times during teaching is watching students figure out a math problem or strategy that they did not know before! We spend the majority of our day in the classroom, this is why I truly believe the classroom should be a comfortabe and cozy place that students want to be in. This rug would make our math corner the best spot to be a mathematician! The math corner will be the new favorite spot in our classroom. My students and I would be so excited! This rug would be a great spot for math talks, problem solving, and small group instruction! I believe that students should have the flexibility to move around and work where they feel most comfortable. This rug would give me another spot in my classroom for students to choose from!
