Flexible seating has been proven to help students who struggle to sit still during class. This seating will be given to students who show the most need in my classroom. Making sure that students are comfortable in the classroom is an important part of their learning. These seats allow them to move around when needed in their own area without disrupting other students' learning.
Creating a classroom library will allow my students to choose from a variety of engaging stories that they are able to read independently. As a first-year teacher, I am just starting up my classroom library. I would like students to be able to choose from a variety of engaging books. These books have been chosen with my students in mind as I know they are interested in all of the categories.
