In today's society, technology plays a major role in how students learn. In my experience, students prefer using technology because they believe it make learning more interesting and fun. It is nearly impossible to teach and motivate children without the use of technology. The chrome books will serve as a tool that can be used across the curriculum. In my classroom, the chrome books will provide my students with an extra technology center for research (science/social studies). The students will also use them for game-based learning platform such as Education Galaxy, IXL, Kahoot, Learning Farm, etc. They will allow my students to follow along with me during teacher guided lessons.
