My students will greatly benefit from flexible seating in our classroom because it helps foster good working habits and a positive working environment that includes choice for every student. Students need to be comfortable in order to learn and I want to create a flexible learning environment for my students. Wobble chairs and other types of seating will increase student productivity and students can work without disturbing others when they need to fidget. Creating a classroom environment full of choices helps hold students accountable and helps support in behavioral needs. I believe providing flexible seating will give student the opportunity to learn in whichever way they feel most comfortable.
