These iPads will serve as augmentative and alternative communication devices for my students, giving them a voice to communicate needs and wants in different settings on a daily basis. I am seeking funding for these bigger iPads for students who are nonverbal and have vision impairments. These iPads would help better their lives and also help them achieve life long goals that they express to us. By having these iPads, the students would be able to properly communicate needs and build meaningful relationships with others within their community. Just think about how difficult communicating your needs would be without a voice. Let's give my students a voice.
