Exploring our world without leaving the classroom! Students "visiting" places that only existed in their imagination. Donating to my project will do just that.
I strive to make learning a memorable experience and broaden my students' horizon. As I look back to my own childhood, the most memorable and educational school experiences are the field trips we used to take. Budget constraints and insurance concerns have just about eliminated field trips. A donation from you allows me to make school and learning memorable again.
One of my goals is to provide meaningful learning experiences which engage my students. Visiting a variety of places will benefit all subject areas. I plan to allow students to choose the places they "visit". Individualizing their educational experience. Occasionally, I will assign a specific location to enhance a lesson being taught. With your support, my students can engage in a meaningful experience.
