We use calculators for almost every math lesson we do throughout the school year. From fractions to formulas! Middle school math has a lot of formula and equation type lessons making it quite difficult sometimes to do the math without the help of a calculator. Due to limited funding, calculators can be scarce at times. I want for my students to know that they will be able to use a calculator (when permitted of course) whenever they enter my room and not have to worry about not having one. These calculators would give peace of mind to not only me but my students.
