My students will have an opportunity to go outside and learn how to participate in a sport for PE. This teaches teamwork and the importance of exercise, but is also fun! These supplies will provide an opportunity to 鈥渓earn鈥 without writing or reading and give the students time to move their bodies, especially those who have a hard time sitting still! Knowing we have equipment to go outside and use will give them something to look forward to! In a game of soccer, they will be on teams, learning how to work together and counting by keeping score. Having time for PE helps to work on their motor skills and hand eye coordination.
