Many of my students struggle with reading and math. I work with the students who need intensive intervention in ELA. In order to be the most effective educator possible, I feel it is important for me to further my knowledge through professional development. These books are a perfect opportunity for me to prepare for next year. Many of my students struggle with number sense. I feel the number talk books will help me work with my students' and help them have stronger number sense skills. My students do not enjoy writing. I hope to learn different strategies to help my students enjoy writing and for me to enjoy teaching it!
