Fidget toys and seats are self regulation tools that help students increase their attention and focus. These tools help students with ADHD, stress, and anxiety. COVID has added stress to students' lives increasing anxiety within elementary children. This anxiety has made learning challenging because students have a shorter attention span and are unable to calm themselves. Fidget toys and seats create opportunities for students to move while still learning and working. Through these fidget items, students can self-regulate their stress, anxiety, and hyperactivity so they can succeed in the classroom.
