My students are very excited and motivated First Graders that attend a southern California public school. This is a brand new school that opened in the summer of 2010 with very few resources. My students are more than ready to learn and they enjoy when I read aloud to them and enjoy reading when they have free time. I am amazed when they all get up and grab a book!! It is a great feeling but I always wish they had a better library.
