Each student requires a different approach to learning and has a personal preference to succeed. My goal is to provide them with a safe and happy environment that embraces their unique preferences by enhancing our classroom library seating options.
When students are uncomfortable, it can make them less focused on their work and unmotivated to learn.
I want to have my students excited to read and something they look forward to everyday. By offering a variety of seating options, students will have the ability to choose what works best for them.
I also want to teach them organization. It truly is the key to success. Our classroom's desks are tables, which are great for learning but provides limited storage. Every time we finish an activity and transition to the next, the students need to access their back-packs for supplies. Chair organizers will reduce transition time to get supplies because it will be at their fingertips! I bought 17 used chair organizers and would like have one for every student. The extras will replaced the 'well-loved' organizers. With your help, my students will reach their full potential.
