While students are in my classroom I want them to feel comfortable and "at home". Part of this process has been to use flexible seating. Some of the furniture I already have includes a long bench, swivel chairs, lounging chairs, a futon and tall dining room tables. These stools will be used as seating options for the tall tables I have as well as an additional option to move around as the need arises or as students work in different locations around the room. The great thing about these stools is they can easily be stacked and moved out of the way if a student wants to just stand.
