Junior Scholastic will provide my students with writing and critical thinking skills. It will improve both their Language Arts and Social Studies core skills as it focuses on current events, civics and world history articles that will challenge their thoughts and open their minds to debate new ideas!
The online access to map skills, videos and archived issues will allow students a plethora of extension learning and expansion of ideas. Additionally, the magazine is aligned with Florida Standards and Common Core and can be shared will all my other team members to allow for all students to profit from this magazine.
