Working at a Title I School, my students have very little experience with STEM. However, they have shown interest in participating in STEM throughout our learning.
I want to be able to provide my students with the opportunities to get hands on experience from different STEM projects while still making their learning enjoyable. I have requested a variety of items such as Brain Flakes, Legos, and Keva Planks to allow students to view 2D images and then create them in 3D. The construction paper and paint blotters will help students with creativity and motor functions as well. I would like to bring STEM into my classroom to help my students not only with their creativity but also bringing their brilliant thoughts into the real world!
