My students come from a high poverty rate area. They do not have the financial resources at home to provide a lot of basic school supplies. That is where I come in, helping with whatever they need from pencils to deodorant. Anything the kids need, I try and help with. Being from the community I teach in, I have seen the struggles these students have been through. This project will help with everyday classroom supplies and supplemental supplies for the rest of this year. This project will help mostly in language arts class and social studies class as well.
