We use our rug in the classroom every day, all day! We sit on it for morning meeting/greeting, read alouds, calendar time, and even when we do our work (we just use our clipboards in our laps)! We have beautiful tile in our classroom, but our rug is such a nicer place for us to gather that is so much more comfortable than the tile! It brings a home-like feel to our classroom! The one that I currently have has been used for 6 years! So, your donation will help many classes for years to come! Our rug is the heart of our classroom!
