This is going to be a new and challenging school year. Our students will be turning to us to help them feel safe and to feel like this a normal school year. With an iPad, I will be able to streamline and digitize many materials.
With uncertainty in the air, I want peace of mind knowing that I can provide quality education to my 4th graders. With a new iPad, I can easily write on the screen of both my Smartboard at school and zoom meetings from my home.
The Apple Pencil is a very unique tool that will help me be able to write on the screen of my iPad and interact with my students. I am also requesting AirPods, a cordless earbud, to use when we pivot to at home learning. While teaching from home, there is noise that can easily interfere with my teaching. The AirPods will allow me to move about, writing on my chalk board, etc., without the hassle of a cord! I have requested a case with a keyboard to help with the ease of typing.
With iPads, my students will be able to annotate literacy assignments and project them directly to our smart board, read diverse literature through engaging websites, and write on a digital white board with an apple pencil. These iPads will truly impact hundreds of students over the coming years.
