I would like to purchase some flexible seating options for our classroom. Flexible seating allows learners different options to find the best fit for them.
Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choice that works best for them. When they are comfortable in their learning environment, amazing things can happen! Making sure students are comfortable is an essential part of motivating and challenging students to do their best. I know from past experience giving students choice within the classroom changes their mindset towards the classroom and learning.
As I am new to teaching math to elementary students I would like to get some hands-on tools and manipulatives to help engage and make math fun.
The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices. The exercise balls are a student favorite choice. I also added some fidget bands for more traditional desks and wobble cushions for seats. The math manipulatives I chose will be able to use across grade level and enhance the learning for my students by engaging them hands-on tools.
