Donated funds will be to obtain Kindle tablets and protective cases for each student in my classroom. They will be used to supplement our literacy curriculum and reading corner. I am asking for a tablet for each student; due to the pandemic they will not be able to share. This technology will help my students develop 21st century skills. It will help them improve in recognition of letters, phonological awareness, letter sounds, and blending at their individual levels. Students' confidence in using technology will increase by allowing them to use their personal tablet.
