Our first unit this year will cover scientific method. It's essential that students understand the steps and concepts to apply it throughout the year for future projects. Solving the Case of the Kidnapped Cookies, is going to engage the 6th graders and will prepare us for the problem-solving skills needed this year. The other 2 science exploration kits, will help students learn the actual steps of going about finding the answers to any questions they may have. These hands-on labs are just the first of many and I'm excited to witness the joy and knowledge that will come from this experience!

About my class
