I teach Junior level English, AP Language and Composition, and Speech and Debate. In order for students to be competitive in the larger community and an increasingly global society, they need to understand the ins and outs of technology. This can be as simple as writing a proper e-mail to reading a website and recording their thoughts in an essay. Technology is global and I want my students to engage fully with the world. A chromebook allows them access to world news, Microsoft Word, unique presentation styles, and more. Access to a computer seems so simple, but for some of my students they can only get that access here at Harding Fine Arts. Thank you for helping me share this resource with my kids.
