Students are working in a virtual environment in Biology. The ability to print documents and publish their work will allow for smooth transition from the rigors of academics to real life situation.
By implementing the use of an in-class printer, students publish their 2D constructions and data in color, immediately access hard copies of documents for editing, peer editing, proofreading and other functional and higher order skills used in daily life.
The use of virtual reality affords the students opportunities to access and practice labs in simulated environments during class. My diverse learners including English Language Learners, students with special needs and gifted students will benefit from the simulated and collaborated STEAM activities.
