With the addition of the iPad to the band room, our students will finally have access to a device in the classroom. Students can record auditions, watch training videos, check grades, and find a new way to create music.
An iPad in the classroom will be the first device we will have to create a moveable practice studio. Technology helps drive music! In the 21st century, beats and mixes are introduced and created on devices. Our students deserve this opportunity to be creative. Currently, the band students have no access to technology in the band room. This greatly limits their exposure to a more progressive music education.
