My students will creatively express their ideas by using computer science and 3-D printing We will be able to use the printer to connect to Language Arts, (building main characters in stories), Science (items in habitats, animals, models of rock and minerals, etc), Social Studies ( land formations and Utah characters that helped to settle state) etc. We would use this to make models of the physical organs of the body to identify the parts of the heart, lungs stomach and their functions. I will also let the kids come up with their own ideas on how to use the 3D printer to increase their understanding of CS in their understanding of the content.
