My students learn best with visual aides, so having a color printer will greatly help. I also use a program called Boardmaker which again works best when the pictures are in color. I currently do not have a printer in my classroom and I have to go into another building when I print materials. If I had a printer in my classroom I wouldn’t have to leave the classroom or wait until lunch or recess to print materials. I also use a program called Rethink that also uses materials that look better in color. Rethink helps me show parents how their children are progressing on their goals and objectives.
