Exciting books makes students excited! As we enter the new school year, we have no designated librarian at our high school. I have chosen to expand my in-classroom library and provide exciting, engaging pieces of literature, both new and classic, to stimulate children's minds and encourage them to get more into reading in the 2019-2020 school year. With your help, Ms. Mac's 9th grade English classes, along with students from other English classes will be able to check out books from my library. I am constructing a library that will hold many titles, many genres and many reading levels but I cannot do it alone! Consider donating to this project so my students can have brand new, exciting pieces of literature to experience! We are in a losing battle with technology. Every day, students would choose to spend their free time on social media or playing games. With new books specifically geared toward a variety of interests, I feel confident that my students this year will be excited to read and engage with new worlds, new characters and brand new stories! Thank you for your help! All 176 of my students this year and students in the future will be forever grateful!
