The materials chosen will be utilized in my Preschool classroom as tools for the children to use for creative expression, process art opportunities, frustration release, and calming activities. Through these tools, children may better make sense of their feelings, manage them, and express themselves.
My Preschool students will have access to these art materials daily, to not only express themselves creatively, but to improve fine motor, language, and cognitive skills.
Art and materials will facilitate the development of many more skills that children don't realize they are working on. The materials I picked out will be used for at least a few years and will benefit a lot of students.
