The materials I am requesting will bring dance and much-needed technology to my physical education students. The portable, wireless, Bluetooth speaker will bring the world of dance to my students. We have limited indoor space, so a portable speaker allows me to teach students dance lessons just about anywhere. An iPad will allow my students to create videos and meet several California state physical education standards. Students will be able to use video analysis to observe and identify concepts such as force, speed, proper mechanics, balance, reaction time, agility and coordination. An iPad will also allow me to use QR codes to track laps, time, also to easily link videos for students to perform fitness challenges, and/or various skills. QR codes can also be used to have students create their own projects and or add to projects.
