The classroom does not have a carpet and I want to try and make it possible for them to have. It also goes along with my nature, relaxing, calm theme that I want to present to them. This is my first year teaching and I will teach second graders. I am eager to meet my students and create a welcoming, positive environment for them. I want to raise funds to get our classroom a carpet where we can meet for stories, dances, presentations, show and tells and lessons. Students will also be able to come and read here, work on group work.

About my class
