Using the textbook only to teach global citizenship to my students is ineffective. I need to be able to open the world to them and show them the Internet functions globally and multilingually. I want my students to interact with native speakers and their digital products and publish their own products online. They will also record video responses to prompts and share with students around the world using the tablets. I used to have access to an iPad cart which we used almost daily to interact with the world online, and the school has decided to change the way the iPads are used so I will no longer have a cart. Classes can be up to 36 students, but I am asking for 20 tablets to start.
