Having a Cricut Explore Air 2 will help in all areas of our classroom from labeling the room, centers, book bins, cubbies, water bottles, personalizing projects, learning to read, and much much more! In first grade learning to read is KEY! Labeling not only helps organize a classroom, but exposes students to environmental print in a fun and modern way! Students will gain the benefits of reading in a variety of text and keep interested in learning to read. ESL students will also have the opportunity to develop communication skills through print. In addition, by being able to print out letters and words students will have hands on opportunities with them during centers. This will also benefit students in writing as they will be able to reference the word walls and text throughout the room. As times are changing, this is the new innovative way for teachers to add a print rich environment to their classrooms, develop print awareness, and practice emergent reading. This really is the best tool any teacher could own! Happy teacher=happy students! :)
