The books in this project will contribute to our middle school classroom library. Students will spend time reading books that capture their interest and curiosity. The wide range of books will allow my students to select one at their reading level Through reading, students will be able to expand their vocabulary and feel a deeper sense of empathy. We are requesting multiple copies of books so that students can form book clubs and engage in conversation about what they read. The box sets will give my students the opportunity to explore themes across books in our Investigating Characterization: Author Book Clubs unit.

About my class
