Having flexible seating supports students need to move around. This helps students maintain focus while working with a group or individually. Especially during center time, I would like all students to have the opportunity use these alternative seatings to improve and achieve their academic goals.
By donating to our project, you will give students the opportunity to strive academically. Please help make alternative seating possible for my class. I want them to become strong independent individuals that know they can strive in anything they set their mind to. We as adults, usually sit in flexible seating when collaborating. I want my students to sit at a bar stool and collaborate with their classmate, as we adults would at a coffee shop. Or sit on the floor comfortably to read a book.
