I am a 10th grade Advisor at an Alternative High School. This year, we officially launched as a Big Picture High School where learning will be taught through varied methods including workshops, projects, real world internships, field trips, and community service. As an advisor, my focus will be in building relationships that address the student as a whole: including social, emotional, and cognitive development. I am convinced that what you belief in your heart is what you will become. If the heart is broken, restoration must take place before it can operate as whole. As a restorative practice, this book will help my students in restoring their hearts, minds, hopes, and dreams.

About my class
