This project will not only support current students via remote learning efforts, but will also support future students in the classroom when schools reopen (tentatively) in the Fall of 2020. This project helps ensure all my students have access to high-quality literacy and mathematics materials. But, most importantly, it helps to ensure my students with exceptionalities continue to work on and make progress towards their unique Individualized Education Plan (IEP) learning goals.
Each of the materials requested tie directly to one or more of my student's learning goals. My students English Language Arts goals may focus on one or more of the following skills: reading comprehension; beginning letter sound identification; rhyming words identification; answering "wh" questions; letter recognition; name writing, etc. My students Mathematics goals may focus on one or more the following skills: counting with one-to-one correspondence; rote counting, quantifying; subitizing; number identification, etc.
Help me get hold of these materials so I may utilize them to create individualized instructional videos for my learners who are most at risk. The videos I create may be shared among colleagues and re-watched by students now, during the summer, and into the next school year. I know my little learners and their families would really appreciate it. Thank you! Stay happy & healthy.
